Terms & Services

I have the right to refuse commissions if I don't feel comfortable with it.
Any violation of the TOS will lead to cancellation of commission request.

Payment

50% is paid upfront while remaining 50% is paid during work on the Final Draft.

Delivery and Deadlines

You will receive updates on progress within 4-7 days.
Commission should take 2-4 weeks to finish.
Finished Commissions will be delivered via E-mail, after payment is payed in full.
An additional fee of $10 - $30 will be charged if the client request a specific deadline within the first or second week of commission. (This will be determined by the complexity of the commission)

Use

It is strictly prohibited to use the art for any AI learning programs.
If posting or reposting any art commissioned by me, Please Credit me in the post.
Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, incase of commercial use (merch, advertisements, streaming use) we will discuss fair compensation.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE (even in 50-50).
